Business History:

I entered the real estate business in 1998 when I joined one of the big brokerage firms, Weichert Realtors, because of their excellent training program. I had a burning desire to achieve success. This was an exciting time. The Internet was changing everything. I saw an opportunity to use technology to my advantage. As my sales and experience grew, I moved to RE/MAX. Within a few short years, the real real estate market was booming. I remember listing properties and getting multiple offers within hours. Bidding wars were common in those days. It was a seller's market. Everyone wanted to own a home. That all ended in 2007, when I watched the complete collapse of the subprime lending industry, which lead to a prolonged market correction. Soon short sales and underwater homeowners were everywhere. Buyers were nowhere to be found. This was a very difficult and frustrating time. Today, as we enter 2012, the market seems to be recovering. With interest rates at historic lows, and home prices at much more affordable levels, buyers are slowly returning to homeownership. Over the years, I have witnessed good markets and bad. During this time, I have learned a lot about selling real estate. I am always excited to share my knowledge and experience with my clients.
